​​Conceptual Design is the beginning of the firm’s creative process – it will start to form the solution to each unique and specific design problem. As a portion of the overall architecture or interior design process, our team can include a conceptual design package as oftentimes investors, lenders and partners will want to see this visualization of the project concept before moving onto greater involvement and investment.  Whether included as a part of the architecture or interior design process, or even as a stand-alone study, NOVUS Architecture will provide preliminary design services and cost estimating to assist our clients in evaluating a projects feasibility while minimizing their financial commitment and risk.
