The Feature Sneaker Boutique, designed by NOVUS Architecture, opened their second Las Vegas location at the new Wynn Plaza in January 2019.  The premiere sneaker and apparel retailer had a desire to elevate their brand while being true to their roots.  The result is refreshing and in contrast to many of the European stores. 

The expansion of the existing Stardust Event Center at the Blue Chip Hotel & Casino more than doubled the current capacity by adding 16,000 square-feet for stage productions, concerts, conventions, trade shows, exhibitions and more. The new facility opened in November 2019. 

The project was to be a "close-cousin" of Bailiwick at the Orleans Hotel & Casino also designed by NOVUS in 2017. NOVUS opened the entire facade of 90 Ninety to gain exposure and connectivity to the Casino floor creating a more inviting space.  The elevated industrial design creates a warm interior environment.
